In 1980, a group of people were brought together to form a clandestine close-knit group called The Aviary to discuss what the government knows about UFOs and E.T. contact. Richard Doty was a part of this group, and he reveals what they discussed and names the names of the who’s who from government and military agencies that made up this secret council. For five years they met, and we get an inside glimpse into what they discussed, the materials they reviewed, and what became of it all.
